You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Laksh Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure the safety and quality of all our items.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare, makeup, or haircare products.

2. Timeframe

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@lakshshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method (or via bank transfer/mobile wallet if you paid via Cash on Delivery) within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-7] business days.
