1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders (no minimum purchase required). There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated for special services (such as express delivery, if available).

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Laksh Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to selected regions. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Laksh Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
